What do you exactly register?

For the emails you send through eEvidence:

  • the sender's and the recipient's email addresses, as informed by the sender's mail server during the email's SMTP transmission;
  • the IP address from which the email comes from;
  • the contents of the email, including header, message body and attachments; and
  • the email delivery acceptance by the recipient's legitimate mail server.

For the emails you receive through us:

  • the sender's and the recipient's email addresses, as informed by the sender's mail server during the email's SMTP transmission;
  • the mail server's hostname and IP address from which the email comes from;
  • the contents of the email, including header, message body and attachments; and
  • the delivery of the email to your mail server.

For the emails you send to register@eevid.com, without other recipients, as a way for registering your important files:

  • the sender's address, as informed by the sender's mail server during the email's SMTP transmission;
  • the IP address from which the email comes from; and
  • the contents of the email, including header, message body and attachments.

No more, no less.
