What should I do to cancel my paid subscription?

Cancellation requests by email will not be accepted. To unsubscribe, follow these steps:

  1. Login to a https://app.eevid.com with your administrator user.
  2. Select License details from the Settings menu.
  3. Click on Unsubscribe from plan.
  4. Confirm the cancellation of your plan.

When you want to cancel the service, remember to do so before the next subscription charge date. Subscription charges are automatically processed and are non-refundable.

The cancellation of your plan will be scheduled for your next monthly renewal. Until that date, you can continue to use the service normally. Once the cancellation of your service plan is applied, you will be able to continue certifying your emails from the free plan, with limitations.
